Superfruits are simply nature’s very best attempts to fuel us properly. In this age of extreme malnutrition, (yes, we’re talking about you, burger-breath!) it’s easy to see that we need to be eating whole foods that offer much higher levels of nutritients, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, all in an ultra-compact form. Superfruits are clearly the answer, and there isn’t even a close contender.

Sadly, there is little truth to be found out there about these facts. On one side we have a Food and Drug Administration here in the United States (where most of the nutritional research is done) that has no real category for superfruits in it, only food, and drugs, seperatly, and therefore research on beneficial foods is hobbled from the start. On the other hand, unscroupulous product creators around the world are at the same time making up HUGE and completely misleading lies and using them to market their products based on each and every one of the superfruits.

The Superfruit Information Organization is much more than just one mom’s attempt to find the best nutritional information for her family… It is a group of concerned citizens who want to cut through the oceans of marketing hype surrounding superfruits, and finally get to the truth about which fruits we all should be eating daily and exactly how much.

Our goal is to study, research, and share factual information about all superfruits, and in doing so, put together a ‘recipe’ for the best possible diet regemin… One far more healthful than mankind has ever dreamed possible.

It should be noted however that no one affiliated with this site is a doctor, nor can anything said here be taken as medical advice. We are SEARCHING for facts, and only reporting what we have seen. Any actions you take to change your diet are your own responsibility.

Despite that, it should be noted that we are talking about fruits, not drugs. They may have the power to give your body what it needs to heal itself completely, but in almost every case there is no possible harm that can come to you by eating superfruits.
